Promotion Overview:
The following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to the "Ambra Spirits Prize Draw" (the "Promotion"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to adhere to these T&Cs.

Promotion Details:
The winner will be randomly selected at Ambra Spirits, located at 43 Phillips Street, Thebarton SA 5031.
The drawing will take place on Wednesday, 31st January 2024.
The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date.

Eligibility:
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
The prize offered in this Promotion has an Alcoholic Volume (Alc/Vol) of 25%.

Prize Claim:
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, or if they do not claim the prize within this timeframe, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the initial winner.
A replacement winner will be randomly selected in such cases.

Responsible Service of Alcohol:
Ambra Spirits supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol and encourages all participants to consume alcohol responsibly.

General Terms:
This Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Entry into the Promotion signifies your agreement to these T&Cs.
Ambra Spirits reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the Promotion at its discretion.
Ambra Spirits is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or unauthorized access that may affect the Promotion.
Personal information collected for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
