Good times at Ambra — Giveaway terms 2026

Entries open 10 December 2026 at 5pm Adelaide time on Instagram and 5.05pm on Facebook. No entries are accepted before the original daily giveaway post is published.

1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

South Australian residents aged 18 years or older may enter. The promoter’s directors and employees, people directly involved in conducting or promoting this giveaway, and their immediate families are ineligible. Entry is free. No purchase, attendance, paid booking, marketing subscription or existing loyalty membership is required.

3. Daily entry periods

All times are Adelaide local time (ACDT, UTC+10:30). Each daily draw opens when its original giveaway post is published: 5pm on Instagram and 5.05pm on Facebook on the reveal date below. It closes at 10am the next day. Only comments posted within that platform’s entry period count. The final entry period closes at 10am on 17 December 2026. Comments on teasers, Stories, reposts, sales posts and results posts are not entries.

4. How to enter

On the original daily Ambra Spirits Instagram or Facebook giveaway post, leave a comment answering that day’s question. Each person may enter once on each platform that day, using one genuine account per platform, for a maximum of two entries per person per daily draw. Only the first eligible comment on each platform counts. Extra comments, tagging, liking, following and sharing do not add entries and are not required. Entries do not carry over to another day. A person may enter each daily draw and may win on more than one day. Incomplete, late, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be excluded, with the reason recorded. Answers are not judged on skill.

5. Draw and chances

One winner is selected in each daily draw at noon on the draw date shown above, at 43 Phillips Street, Thebarton SA 5031. Eligible Instagram and Facebook entries are combined in one numbered list and one entry is selected using a random number generator. Every eligible entry has an equal chance within that draw. The chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. There is one prize for each day across both platforms, not one prize per platform. Entrants do not need to attend the draw. The promoter will retain the entry export, eligibility decisions and draw audit record.

6. Prizes

Seven separate Ambra gift-card credit prizes total $966. The occasion named beside each prize is an idea for a visit; the prize is the stated dollar value. It is not a ticket, reserved table, fixed menu or guarantee of any particular session. Quiz and Musical Bingo admission are free.

7. Gift-card issue and use

After the winner’s eligibility and contact details are verified privately, Ambra will add the exact prize amount as gift-card cash value on the winner’s suitable existing Ambra loyalty/gift card. Where that is not available, a separate prize gift card associated with the winner’s verified email address will be supplied. Existing cash balances and loyalty points will be preserved. The winner will receive private written confirmation of the card identifier, amount loaded and how to redeem it. Gift-card cash and loyalty reward points are separate balances; the prize is the exact AUD value, not a points award. We do not require the winner to consent to marketing to receive the prize.

Ambra will issue the gift card within five business days of verification and valid claim. Winners then choose and make their own booking, subject to availability and the venue’s normal booking conditions. Use the card towards eligible food and drinks at Ambra’s Thebarton venue. Present the card number or QR code when settling the bill. Any excess is payable by the guest; unused credit remains on the card for later visits. The prize card has no expiry. We suggest a January–March 2027 visit, but this is not an expiry date. No cash alternative is offered, except where required by law.

External-caterer events and third-party ticket purchases, including Taste Of Italy, are excluded. Travel, accommodation and any booking deposit are not included. Gift cards must not be represented as covering a Toast Tables deposit or prepaid ticket checkout unless Ambra has confirmed that payment route for the booking. A normal booking deposit, if required, is handled separately and is not an entry or prize-claim fee. The prize can instead be used at an eligible ordinary Ambra-run service. All alcohol service is subject to responsible service requirements; non-alcoholic choices remain available.

8. Notification, claims and results

Ambra will contact the selected entrant privately through the account used to enter within two business days of the draw. Contact is subject to eligibility verification. The winner must provide the information reasonably needed to verify age/residency and fulfil the prize; do not post private contact details or identification publicly. Ambra will never ask a winner to pay a claim fee or provide payment-card details. Reasonable contact attempts will be made and recorded. The claim deadline is 5pm Adelaide time on 18 January 2027.

Confirmed winners and their drawn prizes will be listed in the Winners section of this terms page for at least seven days after publication, with results posted within seven days of each draw. We will publish a first name and social account handle, subject to any legally required identity information. Card numbers, email addresses, phone numbers and delivery addresses will not be published. If a selected entrant is ineligible, or a prize remains unclaimed at the deadline despite reasonable contact attempts, that prize will be redrawn from the remaining eligible entries in its original daily pool at noon on 20 January 2027 at the same draw address. Replacement winners will be contacted within two business days; their results will be posted here for at least seven days. Any further handling of an unclaimed prize will comply with applicable law.

9. General

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize at the entrant’s request, except as required by law. If a listed physical prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, any substitute will be of equal or greater value and made with the winner’s written agreement where required by law. No change, withdrawal or cancellation will be made contrary to applicable regulatory requirements or any required approval. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy and platform statement

Personal information is used to administer entries, verify eligibility, conduct and audit draws, publish permitted results and deliver prizes. Relevant information may be handled by the promoter’s service providers, including Meta and, for gift-card fulfilment, Toast, or the delivery carrier. Entry does not subscribe anyone to marketing. Draw and prize records will be retained for the applicable statutory period; national Campaign 1 records will be kept for three years after finalisation. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Facebook, Instagram and Meta from liability connected with this promotion. Questions about the giveaway should be directed to Ambra Spirits, not the platforms.
